Beef Brisket is sold as a boneless cut and it is from the lower chest of the Beef.
It is best slow cooked or smoked to get the most tenderness out of it.
It is very flavourful and rich when cooked long and slow.
Each brisket is approximately 8 lbs and costs $8.50/lb.
